Was in a mood for some Indo-Chinese cuisine; checked this place out and did not disappoint. Server was great and offered a dipping sauce to go with the fried rice and it was pretty amazing

Went for the first time. Parking is an issue. Halal confirmed by owner as well as mentioned meat place. Dumplings were good. Noodles could have been better. Owner was very attentive to our concerns and I really appreciate that. The servers were a lil new and learning. Overall nice experience. Just too congested.

Yesterday I went there with my husband and baby boy. The chicken hot & sour soup was amazing, it somehow calmed my nerves after a long day. We also tried the Shanghai chicken noodles, so fresh and flavourful. The owner Sofia was a fabulous lady, asked us if everything was okay or not. The service was so good which is really rare nowadays. They also gave a baby high chair for my son. We instantly dig in, so forgot about pics. Maybe next time as it will be our go to restaurant from now

Got some take away from this place. Have to say the soup was delicious and so was the rest of the food. However, I took off a couple of stars since 1) the rice didn't seem fresh at all. They were a little hard and sticky, seemingly few days days old. 2) The other issue was the lack of meat in the meat dishes. Most of what seems like chicken or beef is actually cornflour or something coated on a tiny bit of meat... This became even clearer when the food was reheated the next day. 80% of meat is not meat. It's a coating on the 20% of meat. For this, the price is just too high. I would've been ok if the other was at least 50% less.

Good selection of Indian-Chinese food (a fusion I'm not too familiar with). Took out four dishes, and was able to decrease the level of spice as advertised on their menu. Had their Vegetable Curry, Gobi Manchurian with Tofu, gluten free Chicken Fried Rice, and Beef with Eggplant & Green Beans. The curry was a new flavour for us as a mix between the cultures (Indian spices, and perhaps sweet Chinese sesame/soy detected). It had a decent mix of vegetables including baby corn, water chestnut, potatoes and onions. I was also told on the phone ahead of time that there was no dairy in the curry! The green beans were good, but relatively standard. We found the pieces of beef few and far between, and they were a little tough (overcooked). I really enjoyed the Gobi Manchurian (cauliflower). Unfortunately, the breading gets quite soft soaked in the sauce. I believe they offer a dry version as well to avoid that problem. The rice was a bit disappointing as it was missing a good wok/fried flavour. As you can see in the photo, there is almost no colour! Despite some hits and misses on the food, I'd likely return to try some new dishes!

Food: 9/10 Ambience: 7/10 Service: 8/10 Portion: 10/10 Price: 10/10 Paid CAD85 for 5 people. One large soup, one small soup, Chilli dumplings,3 portions spring rolls ,fried rice, dry Manchuria and 4 pops. Rice portions was huge. Manchurian was nice and crispy, spring rolls were delicious but a little oily, would highly recommend dumplings(momos) and soup was pretty awesome (not authentic Indian style but worth the try)

Our go to place for Indo-Chinese take out. Absolutely love their flavors and spices, always hits the spot. Have ordered numerous times but this time dumplings were not up to mark. Very tomatoe-y and broken. Portion size is great for the price. Below food pictures are for 2 people and can be eaten for 2 meals easily. 100% halal so that's really good and as per my taste better than the other two halal Indo Chinese on Kingsway so definitely worth trying! Dine-in space is limited so call ahead or take out is best, you get 15% off too.
